BJP Elite Academy
English pathway through Year 10 plus GED and ESL; not a French national-school substitute.
The Pattaya region's specialist French-school route: AEFE-listed homologation through nine levels, CNED-supported upper years and a 2026/27 fee schedule that separates tuition from registration, meals, transport, books and examinations.

EFIP matters because it is not merely an international school that offers French lessons. The official AEFE directory lists the Pattaya establishment as a partner school and identifies nine homologated levels, from Petite Section through Sixième. Homologation is the legal and educational bridge into the French state system: it means the named levels are recognised as meeting the French Ministry's requirements. The same AEFE page also makes the limits visible. Cinquième is listed without homologation, while Troisième through Terminale use CNED. Parents should therefore ask admissions for a grade-by-grade map rather than treating the entire age range as one identical accreditation block.
French is the teaching language and the programme is built for continuity with French schooling. The published financial rules price an intensive-French supplement of ฿20,000 for non-French-speaking children in the relevant primary band, but a fee line does not guarantee that every beginner can enter every grade. Ask the school to assess the child's spoken French, literacy, prior curriculum and likely support load before paying the first-registration charge. For a young child, immersion may be workable; for an older pupil approaching CNED, the academic-language threshold is much higher. A written placement plan should identify which lessons are taught locally, which are supported through CNED and how progress is reported.
The four-page financial regulation is labelled 2026/2027 inside the PDF and carries the internal document code EFIPRFEN200326, consistent with a 20 March 2026 issue. Tuition is ฿175,000 for Nursery, Reception and Year 1; ฿200,000 for Years 2-6; ฿215,000 for Years 7-10; ฿220,000 for Year 11; and ฿235,000 for Years 12-13. The endpoints are unchanged from the prior primary schedule, but the middle bands moved: Years 7-10 rose from ฿210,000 to ฿215,000, about 2.38%, and Year 11 rose from ฿215,000 to ฿220,000, about 2.33%. That is the kind of year-on-year change a family with an older child needs to see even when the headline range looks unchanged.
A new pupil normally adds the ฿50,000 first-registration fee, ฿5,000 annual administration and ฿4,000 uniform package before language support, meals or transport. For an early-years child with no bus or meals, the published first-year baseline is therefore ฿234,000, not ฿175,000. A Year 10 pupil can add ฿39,000 for CNED; high-school CNED is ฿48,000. Years 7-9 books are separately priced at ฿8,000 for Year 7 and either ฿11,000 or ฿13,000 in Years 8-9 depending on the language option. DNB and baccalaureate examination fees are billed by the French International School of Bangkok but are not priced in EFIP's document, so the final-year budget remains incomplete until admissions supplies the current examination invoice.
The schedule publishes annual school transport at ฿46,000 round trip or ฿35,000 one way. That is more useful than an unpriced bus promise, but it still does not tell a family the stop, supervision, pickup time or ride length. Huai Yai is inland from Jomtien and central Pattaya; the journey can be practical from the south and east of the city but materially longer from Naklua or Si Racha. Meals cost ฿12,960 for Nursery-Reception-Year 1, ฿14,110 for Years 2-6 and ฿18,000 for Years 7-13. Wednesday-afternoon activities can add a meal surcharge of ฿648 or ฿705 per period in the younger bands. Test the route at school-run time and request the actual stop in writing.
The tuition discount is 10% for the second child and 15% for the third and every subsequent child from the same family. That corrects the older simplified wording that implied one 10% rate for all siblings. The document also prices education-visa application support at ฿5,000 per child and ฿5,000 for one attached parent, while excluding translation, legalisation and government visa costs. Scholarships for eligible French nationals can be important, but scholarship scope and timing belong in the family's current embassy and AEFE application, not in an assumed net price on this page. Budget from the published gross fee until an award is confirmed.
Ask for the exact 2026/27 invoice at the child's French and UK-equivalent year, the homologation or CNED status of that grade, the intensive-French plan, and every examination charge. Request the bus stop and supervised journey time, lunch choice, textbook list, activity charges and refund terms. For a pupil approaching lycée, ask which subjects are delivered locally, what timetable CNED requires, who supervises coursework and how university guidance works. EFIP is structurally compelling for families committed to the French pathway, but the value comes from that continuity—not from pretending that a single tuition range captures every grade.
The English financial regulation helpfully maps its tuition rows to “Year” labels, but families arriving from British, American or Thai systems should still ask for a placement decision rather than translating ages themselves. Nursery, Reception and Year 1 are grouped as maternelle; Years 2-6 are grouped as primaire; Years 7-10 are grouped as collège; Year 11 is seconde; and Years 12-13 are première and terminale. A child's birthday, prior language and completed syllabus can change the appropriate entry grade. The invoice should use both the French grade and the school's English mapping so that the family does not pay for the wrong band or misunderstand the CNED charge.
The PDF states that DNB and baccalaureate examination fees are added and invoiced by LFIB, but it does not print an amount. That is a valid “published but unpriced” outcome. A directory should not estimate from another French school, a previous year or a parent forum. Families with a child in the relevant grade should request the current LFIB invoice, payment date, refund rule and any travel or supervision cost. The same discipline applies to extracurricular activities: the school says activities not paid for the year are billed by period, yet publishes no activity tariff in the financial regulation. Select the activity first, then ask for the price.
The financial rules say a term already started is fully due for services used, and ordinary absences do not create a refund or partial deduction. A child leaving the school must settle fees and return school property before records and the resignation certificate are released. Families facing relocation should therefore ask how much notice is needed before each term, how a cancellation before the academic year starts is handled, and whether CNED, meals and transport follow the same cut-off as tuition. A lower annual tuition can still become expensive if a mid-year move leaves a full term payable.
Older versions of the record treated the school's stated capacity of up to 400 pupils as if 400 pupils were enrolled. Capacity describes what a campus is designed to hold; it does not describe the current cohort. The corrected data leaves student count blank because the school sources reviewed for this fee refresh do not publish a current campus enrolment. Ask admissions for the actual class size and current pupils in the child's grade. Those two numbers are more useful than a site-wide capacity when judging language support, subject choice and social fit.
For a new Year 8 pupil using the Spanish book option, meals and a round-trip bus, the public charges are ฿215,000 tuition + ฿50,000 first registration + ฿5,000 administration + ฿4,000 uniform + ฿13,000 books + ฿18,000 meals + ฿46,000 transport, or ฿351,000 before examinations, activities, visa support or any language intervention. That example is not a quote: it shows why the ฿215,000 tuition line is not a sufficient affordability test. Replace every assumption with the child's written invoice before signing.

Also published: education-visa support ฿5,000 per child and ฿5,000 for one attached parent; Wednesday-activity meal surcharge ฿648-฿705 per period; DNB and baccalaureate examination fees billed separately without a public amount. Tuition sibling discounts are 10% for the second child and 15% for the third and subsequent children.
The public sources establish a defensible starting point, but a family commits to the written offer, not to this page. Ask EFIP to put the child's exact grade, attendance pattern and applicable academic year at the top of the quote. The document should separate tuition, application, registration or entrance fees, refundable deposits, annual insurance, learning support, meals, transport, uniform, books or resources, devices, activities, trips and examinations. If a published amount is described as optional, confirm whether the child's assessment, timetable or home location makes it practically required.
Request the payment dates and the total under every payment method. An instalment plan can cost more than annual payment; an annual figure can include a discount that a term-paying family will not receive. Ask which charges repeat each year, which are one-time, which are refundable, and what notice preserves a refund when the family relocates. Where the public source does not state an academic year, require the school to write the year beside the figures. Where an examination or service is published without a price, require the current amount or an explicit “not yet set” line.
Curriculum and recognition belong in the same written check. Ask for the grade's actual curriculum, language of instruction by subject, exit qualification, examination centre and current campus-specific regulator or accreditor link. Do not assume a logo covers every grade or campus. For learning support, request the assessment decision, staff role, frequency, group size, price and review dates. For transport, get the exact stop, pickup and return time, adult supervision and annual cost. For a school ending before the family's intended graduation point, identify the next school and admissions requirements early.
Finally, compare like with like. A part-time early-years line is not equivalent to five-day full-day provision; a Thai-English Programme is not the same credential as a British international curriculum; a Japanese- or French-medium specialist school is not a substitute for an English-medium school solely because its tuition is lower. A complete signed offer, a grade-level timetable and a tested school-run route are the minimum evidence for a six-figure-baht decision.
Ask EFIP for the 2026/27 total at the child's grade, language-support decision, homologation/CNED status, bus stop and examination charges.
